Mouldlife PLATSIL DEADENER LV 500g / szilikon lágyító adalék

A Platsil Deadener LV a Platsil termékcsalád egyik adalékanyaga /’C komponens’ /, melyet rengeteg speciális effektusokkal foglalkozó szakember használ a protézisek készítéséhez.  Elsődlegesen az emberi bőr és lágyszövet tapintásának, viselkedésének imitálásához.

A Platsil Deadener LV alacsonyabb viszkozitású összehasonlítva a szintén lágyításra használt Smith’s Theatrical Prosthetic Deadener-rel.

Adjunk max. 300% Platsil Deadener LV-t a teljes, összekevert A+B komponens Platsil Gel keverékhez – súly szerint.

A 300%-os lágyítás egy szuper-zselét eredményez, mely kötés után rendkívül lágy – emellett nagyon ragadós önmagában.

Mindig ajánlatos előzetes tesztelést végezni, hogy megállapítsuk az adott protézishez szükséges lágyítási arányt.

Egyesek előzetesen kennek egy lágyítatlan A+B „bőrréteget” a formába, majd ezután kerül a formába a lágyságot adó zselé.

PlatSil Deadener LV is an additional PlatSil part (’Part C’) used widely by special effects technicians for prosthetic appliance applications. It is used particularly for replicating the look and feel of skin and human tissue, eliminating the synthetic feel of the silicone without.

PlatSil Deadener LV is lower in viscosity compared to Smith’s Theatrical Prosthetic Deadener.

Add up to 300% PlatSil Deadener LV of the total mixed weight of the PlatSil Gel mixture (Part A + Part B).

Platsil Deadener LV at 300% will create a super-gel which upon cure is extremely soft and is sticky.

A test cure should be performed prior to determine the proper amount to add for your appliances.

Some choose to create a thin layer, or "skin", of non-deadened PlatSil® Gel backed with deadened PlatSil® Gel to mimic the surface tension of skin.
